Step 3: Preparing a Codebook

1) Used the Codebook function in Analyze > Reports > Codebook

2) Codebook box appeared, then proceed to move wanted variables to the Codebook Variables box in the Variables tab.

3) In the Output tab, only options like Label, Value Labels, and Missing values are ticked, and the rest which were ticked by default, were unticked. 

4) Moving on to the Statistics tab, all options were ticked in both sections and the 'OK' button was pressed.

5) After pressing 'OK', the Codebook outputs produced looked like this.
